would like to improve your time?
Club Coach Dave Mullins is offering free coaching sessions for members.
All are welcome - first timers and those with a little more experience.

It is easy to join in, just come along to the club and meet Dave on a Wednesday or Friday at 6.30 p.m. or a Sunday morning at 8.30 a.m. and meet up with other members who are all at different levels in their training.
