Hogweed Trotters Road Running Club“wisely and slow; they stumble that run fast.” (William Shakespeare) |

The Hogweed Trotter's Annual Pub Run will take place on the 19th June 2011. Traditionally to Sherston where it used to be the infamous 'Rattlebone'.
However since so many members were spotted washing their feet in the sink, we have been barred. We are now warmly welcomed at the Carpenters Arms - great food and real ale.
It's a great family day out and can be a great "Father's Day" treat.
There are lots of cracking routes to choose from: for a distance of 14 miles you can start at the club run to arrive at Hawkesbury Upton at 10:30am where you'll be joined by those lesser mortals who have decided to run the 7 mile route via Badminton where our last entrepid group will join us at 11:00am for the final 5 mile push to arrive at the Carpenters Arms at Sherston around mid day.
The pub will of course have a range of good beers and grub for those who wish to treat the "chaps" on their day.
Please let Dave know on davidlm@supanet.com if you're thinking of joining us so that he can pre-warn the Pub of numbers.
